What was your impression of the atmosphere during the photoshoot? Did it match the image you initially envisioned for your collection?

The atmosphere during the photoshoot was incredibly vibrant and inspiring. From early morning, the hotel was full of energy: makeup artists and hair stylists were actively working, transforming the models into true beauties. The stylist carefully selected looks and accessories so that every outfit felt complete. It was clear that every team member was fully invested in the process. Professionalism, attention to detail, and a clear understanding of the brand’s overall concept made the work smooth and well coordinated.

Communication among the participants was highly professional. A true team spirit was present: everyone understood each other almost instinctively, found solutions quickly, and complemented one another’s work. The partnership with the bag brand Moju.li added sophistication and elegance to the looks, while the floral brand Kamelia _podil became a key source of inspiration, emphasizing femininity and softness within the collection. As a result, every frame felt harmonious and thoughtfully composed. I am grateful to our photographer, Elena Bezzubkina, who created these images.

Yes, the atmosphere fully matched the image I originally envisioned. Moreover, thanks to the team’s cohesion and the strong accents provided by our partners, the concept became even more powerful. Details, color choices, and the overall mood of the shoot enhanced the impression of the collection and helped bring the idea to life. I am proud that we managed to gather such a talented team and create a truly beautiful story.

What was the first impulse that inspired you to become a fashion designer?

The first impulse emerged through long-term practice and the gradual accumulation of experience. Seven years of working as a stylist on shoots gave me deep immersion in the fashion world. I sewed garments for looks, observed the work of makeup artists, hair stylists, and fashion stylists, and felt how an image is built through details. I had always dreamed of design, but for a long time fear and self-doubt prevented me from taking the final step and moving from creating clothes for shoots to developing my own collection.

The turning point came with my studies in an online fashion design course at IED and my graduation project, a dress I created myself. This piece became the most important and beloved one for me. Seeing how it highlighted the figure made me realize that I was ready to move forward. When my friend, makeup artist Olya, agreed to try it on before her trip to Cannes, her confidence gave me even more belief in myself.

Meeting Latrice became a key moment. She believed in me and gave me the push I needed. I am deeply grateful to her for this support, which remains important to me today. Latrice is a person with powerful energy: confident yet kind, able to see talent and gently guide it toward growth. When she first saw my dress, her approval became the decisive motivation to continue moving forward.

Was there a moment when you realized that fashion was your true life path?

This realization did not come suddenly. It formed throughout my life. Fashion has been with me since childhood, as a way of seeing the world, expressing myself, and setting goals. Certain moments transformed a dream into a clear objective and gave me the strength to act. Today, fashion is my profession, my life’s work, and a constant source of inspiration. I live through it and remain grateful to the people and circumstances that helped me make this choice.

How did the work on this collection begin, and what idea lies at its core?

The work began with an image that felt both exquisitely feminine and mystically alluring. The first step was gathering references and creating a moodboard: photographs of living flowers, watercolor sketches, and images of sirens. These elements helped shape the conceptual line, combining the natural softness of a flower with the hypnotic allure of a mythical siren.

I then moved on to the technical and artistic stages: developing silhouettes and selecting materials capable of conveying femininity and elegance. The key idea was not the decorative use of flowers, but their symbolism. Flowers represent femininity, grace, and fragile strength, while the siren image adds an element of attraction and mystery.

The collection became a meeting point between floral tenderness and mythical power. These looks emphasize elegance, evoke emotion, and leave a sense of subtle enchantment. It was created for those who seek not only aesthetics in clothing, but also a story that highlights individuality.

What inspired the silhouettes and textures of this collection: an era, a film, or a personal story?

The inspiration came from the metaphor of “woman as a flower.” Every woman is unique and possesses her own strength and magnetism. I translated this idea into the language of clothing through the interaction of form and inner meaning. Silhouettes, color palette, and textures work together, revealing contrasts.

Color becomes a language: black symbolizes boldness and mystery, beige represents restrained elegance and depth, and red embodies pure energy and strength. The collection states that femininity is not weakness, but its greatest power. Each look tells a personal story: outwardly restrained, yet internally confident and full of energy.

How do you envision the woman who wears your dresses?

I see her as a multifaceted woman. She is both sensual and strong-willed, outwardly reserved yet internally confident. She uses clothing as a language, not merely to look beautiful, but to tell her story, assert herself, and emphasize her uniqueness.

Do you have personal principles you never compromise on in your design work?

Yes, I have clear principles.

1. Never compromise on materials.

The quality of fabric and hardware directly affects fit, durability, and the tactile experience. I work with trusted suppliers, test materials for wear, drape, and color performance. If a material does not perform properly, I do not use it.

2. Create silhouettes that make women feel confident.

Clothing should highlight strengths, allow freedom of movement, and provide a sense of control. Thoughtful construction, fittings, and movement testing help achieve an ideal fit for different body types.

3. Avoid fleeting trends and work from the brand’s DNA.

The brand has stable codes: form, palette, craftsmanship, and recognizability. Trends may serve as accents, but never as the foundation. The pieces remain thoughtful, emotionally honest, and long-lasting.

These three principles form the foundation of my design approach.

What does the color black mean to you: elegance, strength, or vulnerability?

Within the context of this collection, black represents boldness and mystery, as well as elegance. It is a combination of a strict shield and refined aesthetics.

If this collection were a chapter in the book of your creative journey, what would you call the next one?

The collection is titled The Rise of Audacity. Its key character is the Siren, a woman who uses her strength as a magnet. She is confident, bold, and openly sensual.

The Rise of Audacity is a statement about a new reality in which female strength enhances attractiveness. The next chapter would continue the theme of diversity, shifting the focus from form to inner power.
